Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and MindDoor Network ("MindDoor", "we", "us" or "our"), an independent developer. They govern your use of the MindDoor mobile application, the website minddoor.network and every related feature and service (together, the "Service").
- 18+ only. MindDoor is for adults aged 18 or over. There are no exceptions and no parental-consent option.
- Not therapy, not a crisis service. MindDoor is a social app, not a medical, psychological or emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number (112 in Europe, 911 in the US) or a crisis line at findahelpline.com right now.
- Strangers. Mind Rooms connect you with people you do not know. We do not verify identities or run background checks.
- Protect your identity. Never share your full name, address, phone number, workplace, school, financial details or photos that identify you.
- Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Such content and conduct is removed, the account is banned and we report it to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.
- All payments are final. Premium renews automatically until you cancel it in the store. We do not give refunds in any case, and you must cancel before deleting your account (Section 15).
- Automated processing. Your thoughts are analysed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to moderate them, label their emotion and match you with others.
- Limited liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what other users say or do, or for decisions you make based on content in the app (Sections 22–24).

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, ticking the box at sign-up, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Child Safety Standards, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You agree that these Terms are concluded electronically, and that electronic notices from us (in the app, by email or on this website) satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
2. Eligibility: adults only (18+)
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the Service.
- There is no exception for minors, including with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law, and that you have not previously been banned from MindDoor.
- We may ask for proof of age at any time. If we believe an account belongs to, or is used by, a person under 18, we will suspend it immediately and delete it together with its data.
- If you know of a user under 18, report them in the app or email support@minddoor.network with the subject "Underage user".
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any government list of restricted parties.
3. Your account
You are responsible for:
- providing a real, working email address and keeping your account information accurate;
- keeping your password confidential, using a strong password you do not use elsewhere, and not sharing your account with anyone;
- all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorised it;
- telling us immediately at support@minddoor.network if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person may have one personal account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or rented. Usernames must not impersonate anyone, mislead others or infringe anyone's rights; we may reclaim or change a username that breaks these Terms. Usernames can be changed only at the intervals shown in the app.
4. What MindDoor is
MindDoor is a social application where adults share short written thoughts and connect with people who feel something similar. Depending on your account type, the Service includes:
- Thoughts that you write or dictate. A thought can be public (shown in the Global or Regional feed for up to 24 hours, together with your username and avatar) or private (visible only to you and used for matching).
- Mind Rooms: temporary group chats created automatically between users whose thoughts are similar. Rooms close after a set time.
- Mind Friends: friend requests, a friends list, saved thoughts, one-to-one messages and private groups.
- Soul Diagram, Soul Card and aura: statistics and visuals generated from the emotion labels of your own thoughts.
- Avatars, profile, country/region and other personalisation.
- MindDoor Premium: an optional paid subscription (Section 15).
MindDoor may operate a limited number of automated accounts that post AI-written thoughts to test and demonstrate the Service. Such accounts never write inside Mind Rooms or private conversations. Content shown in the Service may therefore not always come from a real person.
5. Not a medical, psychological or crisis service
MindDoor is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counselling or crisis-intervention services. Nothing in the Service (including emotion labels, aura, Soul Diagram, Soul Card messages, room themes or content written by other users) is a diagnosis, assessment, treatment or professional advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for one.
- Other users are not professionals, even if they say they are. Do not rely on anything they tell you about your health, safety, medication, finances or legal situation.
- Our automated systems may show you a support message when a thought seems to describe a crisis. This is a limited, automated courtesy. It may fail to recognise a crisis, and it may also show the message when there is none. We do not monitor the Service in real time, we cannot contact emergency services for you, and we cannot guarantee that anyone will see or respond to what you write.
- If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (for example 112 or 911) right away. You can find crisis lines in your country at findahelpline.com.
- Do not use MindDoor to encourage, plan, glorify or give instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders (see Section 11).
6. Automated processing and artificial intelligence
To run the Service, the text of your thoughts is processed automatically, including by artificial-intelligence models provided by third parties (see the Privacy Policy). Automated systems are used to:
- check thoughts and messages for harmful, illegal or prohibited content (moderation);
- detect the language of a thought and assign it an emotion label and a writing style;
- create a mathematical representation of the meaning of a thought (an "embedding") to match it with similar thoughts and form Mind Rooms;
- generate room themes and the statistics shown in your aura, Soul Diagram and Soul Card;
- enforce limits and prevent spam and abuse.
You understand and agree that:
- automated results can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. An emotion label, a match or a moderation decision is not a judgement about you as a person;
- a thought may be rejected, hidden or not matched because of an automated decision. You can contact us if you think a decision about your account was wrong, and a person will review it;
- we do not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you, other than enforcing these Terms against abuse.
7. Mind Rooms and other users
- When a room is formed, the other participants can see your username, avatar and the thought that matched, and everything you write in the room.
- Rooms are temporary. When a room ends it closes for everyone, and its messages are deleted shortly afterwards. Anyone in the room can still copy, screenshot or record what you write before then, and we cannot prevent or undo that.
- We do not choose, screen, verify or supervise the people you meet. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, and you should be careful about what you share.
- Any participant can report a room. A reported room may be closed for all participants while we review it.
- Room availability, size, duration and how often you can join depend on limits that we may change (Section 16).
8. Mind Friends, messages and private groups
- Friend requests are optional. You can decline, remove or block anyone at any time. A blocked user cannot message you or see your content in the Service.
- Messages are limited in length and number. Older messages are deleted automatically once a conversation or group reaches its limit (see the Privacy Policy). Do not rely on MindDoor to store anything important.
- Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. They are encrypted in transit and stored on our providers' servers, and we may access them as described in Section 14 and the Privacy Policy.
- Private groups are created by a group owner, who invites friends and may remove members or delete the group, including all of its messages. Group owners are responsible for their groups and must enforce these Terms within them. How many groups you can create and join, and how many members a group can have, depend on your plan (Free or Premium) and on the owner's plan; the current numbers are shown in the app (Section 16). If an owner's Premium ends, after a grace period only some of their groups stay active (currently the oldest ones, up to the Free limit) and the others become read-only until Premium is renewed. Members are not removed, but no new members can join a group that is over the Free size.
- Saved thoughts are copies of public thoughts kept in your account. When the author deletes the thought or their account, those copies are deleted too.
9. Contact outside the app and in-person meetings
MindDoor is designed for conversation inside the app. We do not arrange, encourage, supervise or take part in any contact that happens outside the Service, including phone calls, other apps, money transfers or in-person meetings. Any such contact is entirely at your own risk.
- Never send money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift-card codes, intimate images or personal documents to someone you met on MindDoor.
- Be alert to scams, romance fraud, blackmail ("sextortion"), recruitment into illegal activity and attempts to move you to another platform.
- If you decide to meet someone, meet in a busy public place, tell someone you trust where you will be, arrange your own transport and leave if you feel uncomfortable.
- To the extent permitted by law, MindDoor is not responsible for any loss, harm, injury, crime, fraud or other consequence of contact between users, inside or outside the Service.
10. Your content and the licence you give us
"Your Content" means everything you submit to the Service: thoughts (including dictated thoughts), messages, usernames, group names and any other text or material.
- You keep ownership of Your Content.
- You grant MindDoor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (only to our service providers acting for us) and transferable (only as part of a transfer of the Service) licence to host, store, copy, process (including by automated and AI systems as described in Section 6), adapt for technical purposes, display and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure, improve and provide the Service, and to comply with the law.
- This licence lets public thoughts appear to other users in the feed and in rooms, with your username and avatar, as the Service works.
- We do not sell Your Content, we do not use it to show you third-party advertising, and we do not use your thoughts or messages in our marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
- The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except: (a) copies that other users have already received in rooms, messages or groups; (b) residual copies in backups and logs, which are deleted on their normal schedule; and (c) content we must keep to comply with the law, to enforce these Terms or to defend legal claims.
- You represent and warrant that you have all the rights needed to post Your Content, that it does not infringe anyone's rights (including privacy and intellectual-property rights) and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
- You are solely responsible for Your Content and its consequences. We are not obliged to host, display or keep any content.
If you send us ideas or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation or payment to you.
11. Community rules: prohibited content
MindDoor is a space for honest, kind connection. You must not post, send, share or link to content that:
- sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, or sexualises minors in any way, including drawn, written or AI-generated material (see Section 13);
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, or solicits sexual contact, sexual services or intimate images;
- shares or threatens to share intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- encourages, glorifies, plans or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders (talking honestly about your own feelings is allowed; promoting harm is not);
- threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks, intimidates or humiliates anyone;
- attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious illness or any other protected characteristic;
- promotes or supports terrorism, violent extremism, organised crime or violence against people or animals;
- reveals someone's personal or identifying information (doxxing), private messages or secrets without their consent, including screenshots from MindDoor;
- impersonates any person, organisation or MindDoor staff, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
- is spam, advertising, promotion, chain messages, referral links or commercial solicitation;
- is fraudulent, deceptive or a scam, including requests for money, investments, cryptocurrency or account details;
- offers, sells or promotes illegal goods or services, drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or gambling;
- infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights;
- contains malware, phishing links or anything designed to harm devices or data;
- gives medical, psychological, legal or financial instructions that could cause harm;
- is otherwise illegal under applicable law.
12. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Service if you are under 18, or help a minor use it;
- contact, groom, solicit or attempt to meet a minor through the Service;
- try to find out the real identity, location or contact details of another user who has not shared them with you;
- create more than one account, create accounts by automated means, or create a new account after we have suspended or banned you;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to access the Service, collect data or post content;
- copy, collect or store other users' content or data outside the normal use of the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Service, bypass any limit, rate limit, moderation or security measure, or access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or use it to send unsolicited messages;
- manipulate matching, rooms, reports or limits, or abuse the reporting system with false reports;
- use the Service for any commercial purpose, or resell any part of it, without our written permission;
- use content from the Service to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial-intelligence models;
- encourage or help anyone else to do any of the above.
13. Child safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, conduct or account involved in CSAE, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion or trafficking is removed, the account is permanently banned, relevant data is preserved as required by law, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent law-enforcement authorities. Our full standards are published at minddoor.network/child-safety.
14. Moderation, reports and enforcement
- We use automated tools and human review to keep the Service safe. Every user can report other users, rooms and content, and block other users.
- We may (but are not obliged to) review, screen, refuse, hide, remove or restrict any content or account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms, the law or puts anyone at risk.
- To investigate reports, protect users, prevent abuse or comply with the law, authorised MindDoor staff may access content related to an account, including private messages and group messages.
- Depending on how serious and how repeated a violation is, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, close a room, suspend your account or ban it permanently. For serious violations (for example CSAE, credible threats or illegal content) we act immediately and without warning.
- We may preserve content and information and share it with law enforcement or other authorities when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or that it is necessary to protect the safety of any person, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights of MindDoor or others.
- False or abusive reports may themselves lead to enforcement against the reporting account.
- If you believe we made a mistake, email support@minddoor.network with the subject "Appeal". A person will review it, but our final decision is at our reasonable discretion.
- We are not responsible for content posted by users and do not endorse any of it. We do not guarantee that we will find or remove all prohibited content.
15. MindDoor Premium: payments, cancellation and no refunds
Every payment for MindDoor Premium, or for anything else you buy in the Service, is final and non-refundable. MindDoor does not give refunds, credits, partial refunds or compensation in any case, including (without limitation) for: unused or partly used subscription periods; forgetting to cancel before a renewal; deleting the app or your account; not using Premium; dissatisfaction with the Service or with other users; changes to features, limits or prices; service interruptions or outages; accidental purchases; or suspension or termination of your account for breaking these Terms.
- Billing through the store. Premium is sold only as an in-app subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment, billing, taxes, receipts and any refund request are handled entirely by the store under its own terms. We never see or store your card details, and we cannot issue, approve, process or influence refunds. If a store decides to refund a payment on its own, the related Premium access is removed.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, and the store charges you for every renewal until you cancel. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Only you can cancel. Cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions). MindDoor has no access to your store account and cannot cancel a subscription for you.
- After cancellation, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is then not renewed. No part of the current period is refunded.
- Immediate start. Premium starts immediately after purchase. By subscribing you expressly request that the Service starts at once, and you acknowledge that, where the law gives consumers a right of withdrawal (for example in the EU), you lose that right as soon as Premium is made available to you.
- Chargebacks. If you dispute or reverse a payment with your bank or card issuer instead of using the store's own process, we may suspend or terminate your account.
- Price changes. We may change the price of Premium. The store will inform you in advance as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Free trials and offers, if any, are subject to the terms shown at the time and turn into a paid subscription unless cancelled in time.
- Features. Premium features are described in the app and may change, be improved or be withdrawn over time. Premium is a licence to use extra features; it has no cash value and gives you no ownership of any content, avatar or virtual item.
- Restore purchases is available in the app for the store account that made the purchase.
You must cancel your subscription in Google Play or the App Store BEFORE you delete your MindDoor account or the app. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription and does not stop the store from charging you. Once your account is deleted we can no longer link the subscription to you. Any charges made because you did not cancel in time are your sole responsibility and are not refunded.
Nothing in this section removes rights that mandatory consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
16. Limits and fair use
To keep the Service safe and sustainable, it has limits, for example how many thoughts you can post per day, how many rooms you can join, message length, how many messages a conversation or group keeps, and how many groups you can create or join. Current limits are shown in the app. Features described as "unlimited" are subject to fair use, currently up to 5,000 saved thoughts and 5,000 thoughts in your archive, which is far beyond normal personal use and protects the Service from automated abuse. We may change limits at any time.
17. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the app, website, software, design, logos, the MindDoor name, avatars, icons, illustrations, animations and all other materials we provide (but not Your Content), is owned by MindDoor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Avatars and other in-app items are licensed for use within the Service only.
18. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on MindDoor infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@minddoor.network with the subject "Copyright complaint" and include: your contact details; a description of the protected work; where the content is in the Service (username, and time or a screenshot); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We may remove the content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including sensitive information that your thoughts may reveal, and what rights you have. By using the Service you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described there.
20. Third-party services
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (for example app stores, cloud hosting, AI providers, your device's speech recognition, and apps you share a Soul Card to). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites or content, and a link does not mean we endorse them. When you share content outside MindDoor (for example a Soul Card), you do so at your own risk and it is no longer under our control.
21. Availability and changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service, at any time and for any reason, including for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that content will be kept. Some features may be labelled as beta or experimental and may not work as expected. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will try to give reasonable notice.
22. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and quiet enjoyment.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that: the Service will meet your needs or be available, timely, secure or error-free; content (including content from other users and automated or AI-generated labels, matches, themes and statistics) is accurate, reliable or appropriate; any user is who they say they are, is an adult, or is safe to interact with; or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service and rely on any content at your own risk.
23. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindDoor and its owners, contractors, service providers and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or reputation, or for emotional distress, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we have been told such damages are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are in particular not liable for:
- the conduct, content, statements or actions of any user or third party, inside or outside the Service;
- any harm resulting from contact or meetings between users;
- any decision you make based on content in the Service, including content about health, emotions, relationships, money or safety;
- self-harm or harm to others, or a failure of our automated systems to detect a crisis or prohibited content;
- content that others copy, screenshot or share;
- loss or deletion of content or messages, including under the limits in Section 16;
- unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials safe;
- interruptions, errors, outages or security incidents of the Service or of third-party providers;
- events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, strikes, power or internet failures, government action, and outages of our hosting, AI or app-store providers (force majeure).
Maximum liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) EUR 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MindDoor and its owners, contractors and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; Your Content; your breach of these Terms or of any law; your violation of anyone else's rights; or your interactions with other users, inside or outside the Service.
25. Termination
- By you. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app (My Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account) or as described on our Delete Account page. If you have Premium, cancel it in the store first (Section 15); deleting your account does not cancel it.
- By us. We may suspend or terminate your account or access, immediately and without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, if your use creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service.
- Inactive accounts. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months, after trying to notify you by email.
- On termination your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, 22–26 and 29) survive termination.
26. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the country in which MindDoor Network is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
- Before starting any proceedings, please contact us at support@minddoor.network with the subject "Legal". We will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place where MindDoor Network is established.
- If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you mandatory protections, nothing in these Terms takes away those protections, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. EU consumers may also use the EU's online dispute resolution information at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action against MindDoor.
- To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
27. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and MindDoor only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). MindDoor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence to use the app is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- MindDoor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual-property rights, MindDoor, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's terms; Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or to address a safety risk. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
29. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards, are the entire agreement between you and MindDoor about the Service and replace any earlier agreements.
- Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them, for example in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or transfer of the Service to a company we set up, and we will notify you.
- No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency or joint-venture relationship.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails in case of any conflict.
- Headings are for convenience only.
